My issue is not with Baseball Savings. They did everything they were supposed to do. My delivery issue was with FedEx. they said they attempted delivery but we were home all day. We had to go to Fedex on a Saturday morning to pickup the cleats so my grandson would have them for a game that morning. Again, this is not Baseballsavings issue. It is 100% Fedex. I will rethink ordering when FedEx is the delivery agent.
