I ordered baseball socks for my grandson and after I placed the original order for two different colors, I realized he needed a third color. CS was amazing and said to email them the order number and they would waive the shipping fee. I did email them the order number, unfortunately, that was October 4th and I still have not received the refund for the shipping fee AND when my grandson received the socks the were dirty.
