My cleats arrived 3 days late, and I Had to play 2 games without them. I emailed customer support on the 2nd or 3rd day after they were supposed to arrive to get an update, but I never got a response. Although it is possible that the email didn’t send, since I have spotty reception on my phone at work. Disappointed in the shipping delay, I wish I could get the shipping I paid for refunded. I really like the cleats and the price though, everything about the product and the website is fantastic.
I love shopping here because they send all things in time..
