I never received any tracking info until I contacted customer service asking for it. They responded quickly which was nice but the tracking link they sent me never worked. They did however continue to email my back when I asked for updates and they were really patient and great to work with until my package arrived.

I wish you could mix and match catchers gear sets. the shin guards are way too big, and the chest plate is a little big. but the helmet fits perfect. I exchanged for a smaller size but I hope the helmet is not too small now
