Ordered a 9.5 size and received a 12.5. Very clearly upon delivery you could see a 9.5 sticker was placed on outside of box over 12.5 sticker originally on box. That and the fact the box was enormous not sure how that slipped through the cracks. The customer service guy I talked to that started my return order for me was awesome!!
