This purchase is for a xmas present.
I ordered five items on the 5th of December online. Everything from baseball savings was fine problem is with the shipping. FedEx had a Tracker system and it showed that it was supposed to be delivered on the 10th. I still don't have the item, I called your customer support on the 12th and talk to Gina she is now working on the problem. I've used baseballsavings in the past and everything was fine don't know what happened to this order. I sure hope I get it before Christmas
