I reached out to CS because my package did not arrive on time. Which was no fault of Baseball savings but a FedEx issue. I asked to be credited for the difference of 2nd day air and ground and was refunded my entire shipping cost. I don’t believe I was emailed back but received the credit in my bank account. Appreciate that a lot. Taking care of customers goes a long way. Will definitely recommend.
