Customer service rep in team sales was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me get 12 helmets and catcher equipment, that I was terrified I wouldn’t be able to find on time for our first games! Two thumbs up!
It’s been over a week since my package was supposed to be delivered but I know it’s fed ex’s fault. It’s just frustrating because I needed some of that stuff for a tournament this last weekend and had to go buy it elsewhere but my son could always use extra belts.
