Dr. Al-Awabdy was a good doctor, but the office staff was so bad it ruined the good feelings I had about the physician. It has been 16 days since my procedure and I have HEARD NOTHING about my test results. I have called and called, left messages, asked for a supervisor and no one will call me back. The worst I’ve ever been treated.
This physician and his team did not handle my situation with care and almost cost me my life. They don't call you back for days because they have too many patients and the doctor isn't very responsive to your concerns. If you want a caring doctor who is concerned about your health and willing to do their job and figure out what is actually wrong with you, this is not the doctor for you. Please reconsider choosing this doctor and this "company" because it is all about money to them.
He gave me two potent antibiotics without first conducting any tests or cultures. I had a severe, debilitating reaction.
