Everyone in the office was friendly. The procedure went smoothly. Dr. Bass discussed the procedure step by step and made sure I was comfortable. He even called to check on me that evening.
The front office staff, the Doctor, and the support staff all displayed a genuine interest in me as a patient, exhibiting courtesy and professionalism that seemed entirely authentic.
