My first visit with Dr Bass and his staff was excellent. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Wait time was very short, the office was immaculate and Dr Bass did a thorough and near painless examination. He gave me a complete list every procedure that I need to have done along with the cost for each of them. My wife and I were very impressed with everyone in the office. All were very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr Stansberry was great. He’s very knowledgeable, very thorough and professional. He made me feel very comfortable which is not that common for a dentist visit. This office is simply AMAZING!! The staff is super friendly and Mallory who handles the scheduling/insurance is absolutely Fabulous! Dr Bass is the BEST periodontal surgeon and I am having my third procedure with him... He has saved my gums/teeth and the reason I can live with no pain/discomfort and be proud of my smile:) LOVE this office & staff!
I can’t saw enough kind things about Ellen Hall! She’s wonderful and 100% there for her patients from pre to post surgery! So happy with my results! Thanks to everyone at Bass and Hall!! :)
