Nurses were very helpful and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They also answered my many questions.
My whole experience has exceeded my expectations. From the beginning the staff was easy to communicate and showed interest in my care. The doctor was easy to communicate desires to and my results are wonderful. I really appreciate the attentiveness of the staff, nurses, and doctor throughout the process.

Dr. Basu, the nurses and office staff are all extremely professional. They made me feel very comfortable and confident with my procedure from start to finish. I was very nervous about my procedure but with the appointments before and the atmosphere of the day of surgery I felt very calm and reassured with a positive result. The office staff has been very thorough from the first phone call. I never felt ignored or my reasons down played. I have been confident and pleased from the first second I spoke with Bailey. I have no complaints and was so impressed I never got a second opinion.

My experience was very personable and directed especially for what I expressed I wanted and Doctor made recommendations on how to maximize my results. I had shopped around and had other consultation but I knew after meeting with Dr. Basu and his team I knew this was the best fit for me!
