I would never hire this company again. They did a terrible job and do not stand behind their work.

We then came back out two days later because our technician missed a spot behind the gutter. On our third visit, we installed a one-way bat door on your home after it fell off, due to high winds. After having work initially done by this company, a pungent smell still persisted in our bathroom. After waiting weeks, The owner of the company personally came out and told me that the persisting smell was coming from mold. He stated this even after he cut into the adjacent stud-space and found more droppings. He claimed that the there was surface mold behind the wall and that this was contributing to the smell. I would warn all those against this company, especially if you are using them for mice or chipmunk removal. They do not know what they're doing, that or it's highway robbery. My husband and I paid $1,300 for a "guarantee" that the entrypoint for chipmunks would be closed, the droppings and bodies would be fully removed, and it would be sealed back up.
