Good, efficient and caring.
Staff are always easy to work with and very nice.
I love that I feel time is taken and everything is explained to me. I don't feel as if any of the staff are rushing through my appointments. All of my questions and concerns are answered. In fact, they seem one step ahead of me with information I need, which is great for me as a diabetic. They genuinely have a care for their patients.
