Prompt and courteous
still waiting for a referral to be sent to the home health care network to get her help with the dressing.
I had a problem with my new orthotic called a made an appointment. Got in right away to see the doctor. The orthotic had to be sent back to company that made it. I was told it would take about 10 days. It has been 3 weeks and still no orthotic. It's very difficult using an old orthotic after using the new which I needed.
After being told to bring in my old orthotics, and bringing them in, I really wasn't prepared to be laughed at because of them.
It was again a wonderful experience. It's something that is rather new in the past couple of years--that is, for me. I appreciate the positive, upbeat approach of the staff and Doctor Dawn. Thank you for the warmth that you share with your clients.
