chuck is a very neat worker and did a fantastic job on my shower. bath fitter is a top shelf in my book and so are the workmen.
Joel did a fantastic job from start to finish. He updated us on his progress each step of the way. As part of the installation, 2 smoke alarms were installed in our 2 bedrooms. Later in the day, my wife and I heard a loud noise. When I went to investigate, I noticed the smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms was laying on the floor. I looked up and saw the smoke alarm was installed on the ceiling using two small pieces of double sided tape ! Men arrived at 8:45 and covered my floors to protect them. They removed my full wall tub and replaced it with a shower and new plumbing. They cleaned up and were gone at 4:20. Very happy with everything. I would hire them again.
I wanted to love my Bath Fitter shower, but after three months of use, I don’t. It is just OK. The shower was installed over a ceramic shower - ceramic floor, walls and ceiling. The process is that adhesive strips are placed on the ceramic walls and the acrylic panels stuck to the strips but after three months the panels are pulling away from the adhesive strips in three places. You can see the wall bulge, if you press against the wall you feel it stick to the strips but then it separates again. If a few sections are pulling... read more
