We had Bath Fitter do a Tub to Shower conversion. Our installer was Joe. He took out the old tub and noticed some water damage that was done over the years. He took care of the problem and replace the old, damaged wall insulation. He also added extra support in the wall for the Safety rail that they were also installing. These are the kind of things that we would have never seen but they went out of their way to make sure it was done right. When they were done, they made sure everything was cleaned up. I had a great experience all around with Bath Fitter. From the first contact at the kiosk in Eastern Hills mall, to the consultation session, to the final installment. All involved showed wonderful customer service and served with care.

Installation of a new shower stall by Brenden was prompt, professional, neatly done, and so far (about one week) performing as advertised.
Installation was on time, efficient and finished product looked as shown. Slight detail required a revisit by Dan. Our phone call was immediately and courteously answered and detail resolved.
