The worst place. The worst place to work, and the worst place to get work done. I was legitimately told to not give out answers to customer questions. The rules always changed and the management was poor to put it lightly. The best thing this place gave me was experience, as it’s not a very professional work environment. I had a consultation with a salesperson and agreed for the Gutters to be replaced. He informed me that they were about a week out for installs. No one called me for about a week and the install was scheduled for the following Monday at 9am. There was rain in the forecast and no one called to confirm the appointment, so I had assumed they rescheduled but while feeding my son in the kitchen I saw 2 men in my backyard. Their salesman ensured me I’d have gutters in 7-10 days because the color we needed was “in stock”. Well, weeks went by with nothing but excuses. I paid half the invoice upfront as requested. For their prices, I expected superior customer service and communication. It’s been over two months and nothing. What a disappointment. Now they just ignore our phone calls and emails requesting our money back. Worst company I’ve dealt with during an extensive home renovation.
