Today, Wednesday, 9/3/2025, I was blessed to have Mekeila answer my desperate call for help in enrolling in the mobile banking app. She VERY kindly and patiently helped me on a process, that for several issues on my end of the 2 calls, took almost 45 minutes to complete—the slow down was because of my uncertainty, but she didn’t despair! I was experiencing problems accessing my acct and needed to change the password. During this process, I mistakenly disconnected the agent. She was very helpful and courteous. When I called, I received the same courteous service.
My experience with BR Telco financial officer Stephanie F. was a very easy and delightful experience. She is extremely friendly, helpful, and her professionalism is top notch. If you ever have any financial concerns or needs. She is the person you neef to speak with. Stephanie is a 5 star asset to the company. Great job and all around wonderful team members.
