I have never replaced a roof before. This was all new to me. Levi was not only patient with me, but explained everything that was going to happen start to finish. I originally used Bauer 2 years ago to replace my roof. The process was all new to me as I had never had a homeowners claim in 20 years of owning a home. I followed my usual rule of getting three quotes. I very quickly learned that there is a lot of deceptive roofers out there. Levi was not one of them. They made sure to get a patch in place before the next storm, even though they were booked. Everyone was very friendly! The work they did looks excellent, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely work with Bauer in the future and highly recommend them!
