I asked that a few spots be touched up on the opposite side & was told they could but that it wouldn’t be flush with the bumper & I said that was fine. I had to call myself to check once; then a day prior to my departure out of the country, I have a voicemail that tells me I can pick up my car. Other than that, the customer service was SUPERB!
