5 Star : My Experience You made everything very easy, from the estimate, to dropping off the car, to picking it up. I really liked your system that emailed me updates throughout the process. The only area of improvement is that the original estimate was 3 days but it ended up being about double that long. And I never received an updated ETA once the first estimate was passed.
