1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend There were many issues with my car after pickup, not sure how it passed quality inspection. It's still not finished and I will have to bring it back for them to complete the job. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality 1.5 Star : Customer Service Called several times in the 6 weeks my car was there, never once received a call back from whoever I had spoken to with answers to my questions, until the last day when Kerry got my message and called back. 5 Star : Returned Clean
0 Star : My Experience My car is still not repaired. I was told it was repaired and passed as quality inspection test and when I turned it on to leave it immediately had a service required notification and other lights on indicating problem. It is still be worked on. I dropped it off in mid April and Iâve been told it will be ready by the end of the week three separate times over the last month without that ever being the case. And today when it was finally âreadyâ it still was not repaired.
