Office manager needs an attitude adjustment. If you have a customer who has taken off work to come see yall, they show up, then you tell them their dog isn’t up to date on rabbies ( which was wrong also) and never mention that prior to the visit, you have wasted their time and money. Office managers are responsible for making sure animals are current and notify the owner prior to the appointment so the owner can make plans to get those things taken care of. Wasted my wifes time and lost our business!
