Bay Club I like living at the Bay club. Everyone is friendly including the neighbors. any time you put in a request for something to be done, it will be done before you come home from work. The pool and ground area is always clean. The best part about the bay club that every apartment come with a garage. Keep up the good work. BJ
Love to Live Here! Bay Club is fantastic! They keep up their apartments very well and the neighbors are nice. The location is prime as well. Make sure to talk to Letty in the office if you ever need anything. She's super helpful.
Quiet possibly the worst There's really nothing good I can say about this place. The new management that took over has zero clue how to run a place health hazards galore stuff recycled instead of putting new stuff in. I mean it's just absolutely the worst. Go somewhere else seriously

Nice apartments bad experiences Very nice apartments very bad experiences! I would not recommend Bay Club apartments to anyone that values safety, silence, or a pest-free home. The entire community is surrounded by trees which is beautiful to see and even helps keep my apartment cool during the day. However at night the community has several questionable characters roaming around. The community is not well lit and the trees makes it even darker. New Management Company.... My lease is up in April and I will not be renewing. I loved everything about this place until this new company took over. Just a few things.... I was told that my rent would go up at the end of the lease about 4 - 4.5%. They're raising it 15%... That's $200 more a month. Also, the pet rent used to be $10 a month, they're quadrupling it now... for two cats it will go from $10/month to $40/month. Carmen I'm glad someone is happy living at Bay Club. I agree, excellent location. Very nice complex. But the staff. From the manager down to the leasing agents. Unprofessional and rude! Hardly ever fixed anything in a timely manner. I lived there for three years. Every year they increased the rent by $50-$70. They will find something to bill you for after you move out! I moved to another complex just across the street. Except for the attached garage, these guys are great! I love them, professional and courteous.
mmeh I have lied in my apartment for the past years. The location is extremely convenient and really the only reason I stayed. I am looking for a good location and also the feel of a home. For a friendly office who care about there residence.
