All the reviews are LIES! I think they have people writing good reviews just to make themselves look good. This whole apartment complex is full of roaches. I’ve been living over here over 6 years. People ac goes out and it takes months to fix. They will not renovate this place because they’re trying to save money I’ve HEARD…the refrigerators are old and make noise.. and the only reason I haven’t left is because I can’t seem to find nothing in my budget in this area..

Do NOT rent here!! Management is the worst!! Nothing gets fixed the rent is to high for what you get. Eviction notices for dollars!! Eviction notices on Friday ten minutes before they close. The worst!! Been through 3 management teams in less than a year. Spend your money elsewhere.

Run down, Roach infested, and poor management There are units with no air and management is doing NOTHING. This place is infested with roaches and everything needs to be renovated! Nothing in these homes are new. The outside of the apartments have mold on the wall. And yet they find a way to keep raising rent. The rest is not worth these raggedy apartments.

Verified Renter This is a Filthy complex, everything in the apartment needs to be replaced from the bathtubs to the refrigerator. The rent is high for everything to be breaking all the time. When it’s cold outside the heat don’t work and when it’s hot outside the ac breaks.
