We are always accepting New Clients and Patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have Curbside Service only to limit traffic in our lobby to best protect our staff and pet parents. Call us on arrival at 727-867-0118 for one of our staff to come out and get your pet. We will keep you informed via phone until time of check out! Thank you & we will get thru this together!

Our little dog got in an accident this morning, she escaped our fence and darted into the street and got hit by a car... we quickly googled vets close to us who could handle an emergency and found Bay Moorings Animal Hospital. They took us in right away, even though we weren’t patients and took awesome care of our dog. She ended up being fine, just a cut on her leg, but I’m so grateful for the care they took of her. We took our Golden to Dr. Trefz yesterday after being referred by our daughter and son in law. She was 12-1/2, wouldn’t eat or drink and refused to get up to even go out to potty. It was pretty obvious that her life was nearing the end. The staff at Bay Moorings was amazing!!! They were genuinely concerned and caring for both our Golden and ourselves. Dr Scott is great. Always takes care of the dogs. Fast friendly service.
Dr Trefz came in on a Saturday and performed emergency surgery on my Coco. He saved her. Lisa and her sweet dog Clyde donated blood. Dr Plummer and everyone else there are the best and most kind people I've ever seen at a practice. Thank you to everyone and I highly recommend them!
I would never think of taking a pet anywhere but Bay Moorings. They really love their patients and always stay on top of the latest procedures and treatments. ��
My Dog Loves coming to the Vet. He is always eager to jump out of the car to see the wonderful staff at Bay Moorings. I know that my pup is getting the best of care from this highly educated and caring team of Veterinarian professionals. I only trust the best for my dog, and Bay Moorings is definitely the best.
Loved everything about this place. The location, the supplies they carry, but most of all the staff. You can tell they all really love their jobs and care for the animals they take care of. They realize my Rosie is more than just my pet, she is my family. We just moved here from Memphis, TN and I was thrilled to discover that they knew so much about bulldogs.
