I made my first purchase with this dealership in 2015. Feel in love with my 2015 Rogue and decided to do an early trade in. My second experience was just as good as the first one. I was happy to see that the person that helped me with my first vehicle was there to help me with my second vehicle. Customer and employee retention is plus. Thank you Henry and Rob. I am very pleased with my new Sentra SV. I came into Bay Ridge Nissan with the intent of just doing a test drive and giving myself a week to make a decision however between the great customer service from Robert and the team and how smooth the test deive went, I decided to lease the Sentra on the same day.
