My experience was very positive. My visit was the result of an accident with my partial. It was very important to me to have the repair done so that I did not have to be seen in public without it. I was given assurance that my problem would be resolved in one day and they more than kept that promise. They called me an hour and a half before I was told to expect the repair to be completed. Very positive experience My experience with Gangwich, Grandy and Melzer was the most positive dental experience I've ever had. From the front office reception to very detailed information about every aspect of my treatment -- to even include payment and insurance information -- I've been telling everyone about this office.
