My husband and I are new patients and it was our first day to see Dr. Michael Grandy. We thought we received excellent care. Peyton our X-Ray tech was super and our dental hygienist, Sharon was amazing! They were friendly, yet, very professional! Dr. Grandy gave me some advise I had never heard from another dentist before which I certainly appreciated. I feel we will be very happy having them take care of our dental needs as well as, even, looking forward to our next appointment.....and, I think,that speaks volumes!😁😁

Great experience, great people. I'm more than a little apprehensive going to the dentist so going to an office I'd never been to was quite scary, the lady in the front office was so very nice, felt a little better. Called to the back I found all the staff who dealt with me were very kind with great smiles. Friendly and professional I haven’t been to the dentist in sometime. After reading reviews I decided to try bay smiles. Glad I did! Everyone was friendly. Explained to me everything that was going on and showed me what needed to be done. Gave me an estimate on price before anything else was done. I went ahead and made my appointment to go back! Maybe now I’ll have a good place to go!
