Pleasant, efficient and professional
Excellent service I hate going to the dentist for anything but I go faithfully to avoid the even worse consequences of not going. Everyone at Bay Smile Docs is friendly, professional, and cooperative. They make every effort to make you as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended.
Very very nice people All of the staff at Dr. John Miller's Bay implant and perio are exceptionally nice and very mindful of your comfort. They totally work closely with you on your insurance issues and out of pocket. I have never seen such amazingly nice and concerned people in a dentist office. Dr. Miller is absolutely phenomenal in his "chair side manner"! But this ONE thing I have to say negatively is this: I had major pain both times after the novacaine wore off. The last appt. Very professional service and friendly staff.
Great place!! Great experience for someone who hates dentists!!! Entire staff is friendly and fun. Even got serenaded!!! They seem to care about their work and making you comfortable. I would highly recommend them and I don't think I've ever done that with a dentist and dental hygienist.
Very accomadating Thank you, Debbie, Katie and staff. I was in need of a quick procedure to clean some horrible stains on my teeth. Debbie worked me into their already busy schedule and I was able to have the procedure I needed. Katie was gentle on my teeth and very professional in her cleaning techniques. She even went back a second time to get some of the tough stains. Teeth are sparkly white again and feel great. I had an excellent experience. Thank You!
I would go more frequently if I could! THAT'S HOW GREAT THEY ARE! Thank you Dr. Gangwisch and Katie for doing such a great job keeping my teeth clean! I recommend your office to everyone!
