Excellent I have ben going to BaySmileDocs for about 5 years. Always friendly and professional!
As usual the yearly review of my teeth went as they program and without any difficulties. Their long range prevention program has been adhered to and as usual no cavity s no problems and continue as We have been doing. I always received excellent service and advise from my dentist and his assistant.
High quality service, professional and friendly Melinda greeted me very warmly and started the visit off right. Karen was super friendly and told me each step she was taking to get the x-rays taken. She asked questions for the clinic but also to put me at ease. Dr. Grandy was quite friendly, thorough and gave me time to ask any questions I had. Excellent Experiences Always! I was recommended years ago from one of your patients and have been coming for all my dental needs since then. Word of mouth goes very far and I tell you this is by far the best dentist in Bay County. I feel that my regular cleanings are so thorough no matter which tech I get and the overall quality, professionalism and price is above average! I'd recommend this practice to anyone looking for a better experience!
great service with a smile It is always nice coming here for my cleaning. Everyone is always so nice and pleasant. Dr. Miller was very professional but friendly. All the doctors are friendly and outgoing.
Dr Gangwisch, Karen, and office staff were extremely reassuring during my visit. They allowed me to watch TV, a tension breaker for me and their friendly conversation and attention were perfect. Dr. Gangwisch and Karen were personable with the ability to make you feel like you've known them for years. Both were extremely professional and concerned about my comfort. I feel like we've found a dental home. I actual look forward to my next visit. Thanks!!
