I didn't believe that I could purchase a new home that I can watch get builded from the ground up but when I met Andrew he advise me that we can do this and everything would be great and not to worry. The home buying process is supposed to be an exciting time in one's life. For me, it was anything but that. Everything that could go wrong, did as far as the loan process. I'm a vet and originally I was going with VA financing because it's very advantageous to Vets to purchase with that financing. Andrew was extremely patient working with me as I was a first time home buyer and didn't know the rope very well. He made the process very simple and straight forward and provided answers to my many questions at all times of the day or night even working weekends to get me house figures on homes we were looking at.
