They are rude, unprofessional, incompetent and crooks as they will charge you extra without telling you about the charges. you'll just see it in the mail.

The rudeness shown by “owners wife” was astonishing. Complete non-listening responses Couldn’t be bothered to stand up to show some interest as we kept hearing about “store policy” which was not mentioned at time of purchase. After operating a small business in GPP for 30 years, I’m befuddled how this place stays open
