Very polite staff from start to finish. Dr. Lowe was so friendly and welcoming. He made me feel relaxed during my exam. He played music. He was such a cool and down to earth person. :)
I've been going here for nearly 6yrs and I've been very happy across the board. Dr. Lowe is very thorough in his examinations and personable during appointments. I have rarely had to wait >5min after the appointment time before being seen, which I appreciate. I have also purchased several pair of Maui Jim prescription sunglasses through the office as well and been very happy with them.
The doctor is great at Bayne. However, my experience with the staff has been less than great. I went and got an exam and glasses. Wasn’t able to wear the glasses for weeks because they were too big. I went to get them adjusted, after the first adjustment they were still toooo big. They made it super obvious that it was a problem adjusting my glasses. I left and continued with my 4year old prescription. Went back a month later because of course (my vision). Asked about another adjustment, they took them to the back, still too... read more
Good vibes all around. Amazing staff, the dr was super nice and great with my children.
Dr. Lowe and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Lowe makes sure you understand your diagnosis, and follow up care. They have a nice selection of frames. They make you feel like family. Thank you for the excellent care over the years.
