Good experience, good price, job to be completed at a later date.
Very responsive to your inquiries. Showed up on time and did the sod replacement. However, told about the lack of light in an area and the grass has died. Backyard done in two separate appts due to dogs, the second patch was full of weeds after just a few months. Same treatment for both sides. Tried to hire again after Hurricane Milton, wanted a ton for replacement and after told about the sod and problems from just 6 months prior. Had no care they came before. If you want inconsistency, this is place to go too.
The wirk was not done satisfactorily but when I called to ask for someone to come out and take a look at the work they did and was willing to re-do the job. I really appreciate their willingness to ensure I was satisfied. Very friendly and communicated on what needed to be done.
Delivered quality product and service in a timely manner. Staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable.
It was an excellent exprience from the start with Bayside sod from the salesman to the crew and Evan. Install went excellent results as expected. Evan came out multiple times to check and was very quick to come out when I called him. The only issue I had was a 6 by 12 area that had sedge in it, Evan had signature lawn come out and spray it has been diffcult to get rid off. I have signature lawn taking care of my lawn now on a monthly schedule hoping the issue goes away.
Was able to install grass in my very uneven yard quickly and not charge a lot. Will definitely be using them again when doing the rest of my yard.
