RecommendedWe called BC Heating & Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend when our boiler became inoperable. I can’t even express how far over and above all the other companies they were. Other companies were telling us they couldn’t come out to even look at our boiler (that wasn’t working in December) for 2-3 weeks. My husband called BC and within 10 minutes the owner had his office staff call back to tell us he was on his way and would be here within 30 minutes. Jeff and Julie were so kind to me and patient and they are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. RecommendedI definitely recommend this company. Jeff came out as soon as we called about our furnace. It needed a new part and he had to order it. He promised to be back at 10 the next morning and showed up exactly as promised. How often does that happen??! He and his co-worker were very kind and efficient. Price was fair and customer service was excellent.
