The staff is very friendly and Dr. Sheila is very informative. Although my weight loss was approximately 9lbs on their scale I believe I lost 6 lbs within a month on the program considering my first weigh in I had wore very heavy boots and was dealing with water retention. I felt the pills helped some but I was hungry and still dealt with binge eating now and then like I do without them.
