Hi Ms. Duffield, we are sorry that Nina is having issues after coming in. I see that you came in for us to check her ears, but also asked for the anal glands to be expressed. Anytime that the procedure is done, it can cause inflammation. The managing DVM, Dr. Jade Kafer, said she would be happy to take a look at Nina to see if there is something causing this issue. You can reach her at the hospital, 941-792-2838.
Some of the staff are quite rude, namely the manager. I'm glad this clinic was used only as a last resort while traveling to see family because if it was my only option I wouldn't have pets.
I had a horribly botched ear crop done by Andre Pace, the ears were totally different lengths. When brought to their attention they completely denied that they were different lengths they blamed the ears not standing correctly or needing to be taped 5 times, after saying they wouldn’t need to be taped at all, or that the puppy was too old to have had his ears cropped (they should’ve mentioned that before the procedure if that was an issue). Absolutely horrible ear crop and charged us $900 for them to come out super uneven I want a refund asap. I don’t recommend anyone spend their money getting their ear crop here.

Hi Ms. Echeverria, unfortunately with a procedure like that we really need you to come back in for the rechecks. Typically, we would have you come back between 3-5 times to have them re taped so they stand up how you wanted them. When the tape is removed prematurely, the ears are going to naturally scar down and appear uneven.
I wish I could give you less than a one. However I am sure for those pay you big bucks you do treat their animals well. It is the poor animals that MCAS brings you that you think have no family you just euthanize. Really some of those dogs are just lost and have escaped. Shameful on your part.

Please go home and look in the mirror after doing this - I hope you can live with yourself. These are 2 lives with beautiful souls - life should not be so easy to throw away. When we become so numb to life that it can be thrown away and diminished to this it speaks volumes to our society. It is a sad day - may God have mercy on Buck and Bill's souls - not the people involved and unfortunately that includes you sir.
