Jaycee was absolutely the best! She was able to get me a loan approval with a great interest rate and she sent me the paperwork via email to sign , therefore expediting the process. All I had to do was stop by the office sign a couple papers, receive my check , and on my way….😃
I went in for an auto loan. Carrie Williams was amazing. She helped me with exactly what I needed and she got the job done. She was very personable and considerate. She couldn’t have done anything any better!
Great experience! Carrie Williams was great to work with. Went to Logan's Lane branch to open savings account and refinance my vehicle. Process started great and thought would be in and out but had minor issues on my side and their underwriters taking most of the day. Carrie was diligent and relentless going beyond the preverbal extra mile to get the loan done. Walked out happy and keeping $200 in my pocket every month.
The people at Beacon are always extremely friendly and helpful. I had a security issue and they were right on it. They prevented a fraudulent transaction from completing.
My time spent there today on Logan’s Lane in Lynchburg was pleasant, kind, respectful, I felt very comfortable and not made to feel like I was just another person. Thank you Jaycee
