Schedule to take a tour on a Saturday applied Saturday afternoon got approved Monday and Wednesday I received my offer letter and payment information so far so good thank you Jose for the communication.
Maintenance staff and management is good. But for the rent charged, you'd expect a nicer accommodation. While I lived there, my building had two fire incidents. Once in the apartment below mine, and the other time in the same building. Old construction, do not recommend.
Save your money and move somewhere nicer without the false advertising floor plans online are not the same my unit was supposed to have a fireplace and online it doesn’t say optional in some floor plans. After your approved don’t expect any fast replies if you have issues they get you in the door so they can make there quota
These people are so rude and inconsiderate I scheduled a tour a week in advance bc I was in town. get there and they tell me they can’t do it bc of the rain. It wasn’t even raining. I’m sure there was rain on the 10 day forecast 10 days ago. The guy didn’t care that people have to come from out of town to do tours.yall didn’t think to contact people. Y’all need better customer service people
Do not expect anything from this apartment complex, work orders never followed up on. Laundry rooms never work and dog feces everywhere. 3 plus weeks with no hot water. No urgency at all in getting this fixed
