I would give this zero stars if I could. I brought my vehicle in telling them what was wrong with it and needed repairing. They charged me an almost $300 "diagnostic fee" even though the issue was already known. Will never bring my car back to this dealership, which is disappointing as I love every other Toyota dealership I have been to for service.

I scheduled an appointment for maintenance of my car to address a recall issue. I arrived about a half hour early to my appointment, and after waiting almost 4 hours I approached the Toyota service rep to inquire on the status. I learned that my appointment was only to schedule the check in and not to actually work on my car's recall maintenance. Also I was informed that it should be another two hours even after being informed of other possible non-priority issues.

The service department took 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment. No communication nor explanation on why. Worse customer service ever. I called and spoke to service advisor and was told the service manager was in meeting and would call me but it has been 2 weeks and no call. I guess they don't care about their customers the way they claim.
