The wait in the dealership was long, and I had to go back out and resign paperwork, but they got me my dream car for as cheap as possible so
Celeste was my service advisor. She promised the car would be ready in 2 hours, it was done in 1 hour. She was very prompt and very professional, but also very kind and personable. My experience in the past with Beaman has been spotty, however, I hope that under new ownership, this experience is the norm rather than the exception
