While waiting for car maintenance or repairs is not something most of us look forward to, the staff at Beaman makes it as pleasant as possible. I have been a Beaman customer since 2014 and have always experienced friendly staff members there who are true professionals. The waiting area is spacious and clean and has a coffee/tea bar, free bottled waters, and vending machines. If you can't wait, they do offer a free ride service within a certain radius of their shop. My Toyota representative was Jack, and he was great. What looked like was going to be an all day job, Jack called back to the techs and found an opening which reduced the wait time to only two cups of coffee! I will always look for Jack from now on. BTW, the coffee was pretty good too.
Beaman always does a great job with my car. I have used several service advisors but I use Corky mainly. He makes sure everything is attended to. Glad to give him 5 stars!
Just got my second car from Beaman Toyota in Nashville. Thanks to Larry in sales for being patient and for explaining everything he was doing during the process of getting financed. He was helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. Also, thanks to Robbie in service and thanks to the finance team, Oriana and Fernando. I appreciate the assistance and am happy with my Rav4!
