Although my wait was lengthy, I enjoyed the service and hospitality. I live in GA and was on the road traveling for the holidays. Beaman was the only Dealership available for service, they got me in and out as quick as they could. I personally enjoyed the video inspection. Everyone was really nice, the snacks and drinks were a plus.

Representative did his best, but seemed harried. Always a bit put off by "service upsell," during which my $39 oil change grows into an $850 bill with inspections, filters, fluids, etc. But the work seems fine.

The service was fine, just nothing wowed me, hence the service was good.

The customer service is top notch. The facility is comfortable. They offer snacks, coffee and fountain drinks. I was in and out in under an hour.

Service on the recall was great and prompt with a free loaner vehicle. However when I picked up my truck, someone with strong cologne or perfume had been in my truck and the smell lingered. I have a perfume allergy and had to drive home.woth it cold outside with the window down. It gave me a headache that afternoon.
