Working with Bear Creek was a wonderful experience. Our crew, Ryan, Jason and Shane, took great care throughout the entire process of cleaning and staining our log home. They were knowledgeable and professional and treated our home with the same care they would use for their own. The repair of our deck rails also went well. Exceeds expectations, friendly and helpful crews, foreman, owner, and office help.
It's so rare when results exceed expectations, but we couldn't be happier with the work that Elijah, Robert, Amber and the rest of the crew did for us. Our cabin looks better than ever, with new chinking, caulking, insect treatment, staining and a giant replacement log. Robert even cleaned the gutters, raked everywhere and left us a stack of firewood kindling! To the reviewer who said they are nothing but "a spray crew," come see our place. Actually, maybe not. You seem kind of angry. ;-)
I can't tell you how wonderful our experience with BCLHR was! We had what we called, "The A Team", Robert, Michael and Justin. They were here when they said they would be; they worked hard ALL DAY, and did a spectacular job on our house and deck. We were so very pleased with the job they did. We sincerely hated to see them leave ... they were so nice and so helpful.
