My granddaughter had her first lesson yesterday. She absolutely loved it. Her instructor was awesome. We can't wait until next week

I love it here the water is excellent for the skin and the temperature is just right. My son is 2yrs I signed him to get more exercise for his legs and stomach due to a side effect from chemo and radiation.

We did our free lesson yesterday for my 2yr old and 5yr old both beginners and they absolutely enjoyed it. The employees made it fun for them. They didn't want to leave. I also love the whole set up of Bear Paddle Swim School, clean and organized. We are all excited to officially begin this week.

My son went in for an evaluation, got so excited and even had a tour. The teacher was nice and fun. After the eval, we decided to sign up and they told us that there is no available class for my son's age group and will be waitlisted (my sister's kids were also waitlisted since early in the year but have not gotten a call from them). I don't understand why go through all that. If we would've known about this before setting up the appointment we wouldn't bother coming in since my son won't be able to sign up anyway.

The make up session process is horrible. I have wasted so much money in this place and then I have been trying to schedule a class and there is never availability for both of my children???? I understand they are busy but I already paid for classes but yet because nothing is available I basically forfeit the money that was already paid in advance for the month????? So ridiculous! Never again....
