Bear Paddle is such a joke. I went there the first time to have a free lesson for two of my kids and everything was wonderful. My kids fell in love and they immediately signed us up for lessons. Sadly one of my children had to wait an additional week for an opening so it was a bummer he couldn’t start at the same time as his sister. The makeup policy is worthless. Can’t get scheduled, very small window of time to do make up classes. Also, when they cancel on you that’s all they offer. No refunds for classes they canceled. There are other places that offer better prices and more swim time.
