By far this has been the worse experience in costumer service. The lack of communication, missing documents and anything that you can think would happen went down in our process. We had weeks of not sleeping thinking what else could go wrong. The fact that so many mistakes went wrong in the second loan, because they didn’t take notice of the rates and let us know is not acceptable. We have to ask constantly about updates. Until the last minute Stacy almost didn’t give us the keys.
