Information was not aligned across the board from loan officer and builders but I guess that makes sense being that they are 2 different departments’ . when giving an individual deadlines to meet when trying to obtain a home loan . A company should hold themselves accountable with regards of the customer as well.

What made our experience great was knowing that we were working with a wonderful staff. Most importantly what made our home process an easy process was Beau. Beau always answered our questions and emails promptly and helped us understand the process.
